Si a esto le sumamos las pocas horas de sol del invierno,\u00a0 ya tenemos el combo ideal para los kilos extra de la temporada.<\/p>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"e2qve-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"e2qve-0-0\">La disminuci\u00f3n de las horas luz solar no es un detalle menor, no s\u00f3lo es importante para sintetizar la vitamina D, sino tambi\u00e9n nos ayuda a regular la serotonina y la melatonina, el <strong>sue\u00f1o<\/strong> y el <strong>estado de \u00e1nimo<\/strong>. Basta con acercarse a la ventana de casa u oficina al menos 10 minutos al d\u00eda. \u00bfR\u00e1pido no?<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-offset-key=\"bnmth-0-0\">#2 Bebidas calientes, t\u00e9, caldos, son una buena forma de subir la temperatura corporal y mantenerse hidratado. En invierno es bastante sencillo deshidratarse, tenemos menos sensaci\u00f3n de sed y tendemos a pensar que necesitamos menos l\u00edquidos. A que muchos experiment\u00e1is la piel seca, los labios cortados; pues puede deberse a esto. Aqu\u00ed tambi\u00e9n voy a mencionar el caf\u00e9, que lo considero un gran aliado en invierno, ayuda a calentarnos y nos da un chute de energ\u00eda que vale la pena aprovechar.<\/li>\n<li data-offset-key=\"bnmth-0-0\">#3 Elegir alimentos ricos en tript\u00f3fanos, para ayudar a la producci\u00f3n de serotonina y melatonina, estos son pollo, pavo, huevos, tofu espinacas, cereales complejos, avena, arroz integral, chocolate negro&#x1f61c;(me lo agradecen luego).
