This initiative was conceived to help employes with their personal growth, and impact positive in their work quality.

EXCERCISE IS THE BEST MEDICINE
An active lifestyle translates as a longer and enjoyable life. Moving your body helps your muscles to grow stronger, reduces common back pains, strengthens the ehart and lowers the risk of obesity.
MENS SANA IN CORPORE SANO
The benefits are not just reflected on our bodies. Exercising regularly improves mental health, reducing Cortisol levels (stress hormone) and releasing endorphins (Happiness hormones). It boosts concentration levels, and increases creativity.
SOCIAL CONNECTIONS & WORKING ENVIROMENT
By exercising regularly, we see our employees more energetic, motivated and HAPPY, that leads to a better overall performance. Its a great opportunity to improve internal relationships and to show our employees that as employers we truly care about them.

Our Methods

We offer 3 levels of training during working hours in wich we provide activities that are tailored to fit your employees' needs.

Workout plan

KICKSTART
It is held before the working hours or after launch when most employees start feeling drowsy.
BALANCE
It is scheduled during working hours as an active pause. The goal of these activities is to prevent disease, reduce physical discomfort and reduce fatigue.
RELAXATION
It usually is scheduled by the end of the working hours. Many managers can use these activities prior to a meeting or when having to make critical decisions.

Physical Activities

We provide workout plans that are put together based on each person's needs and training level, regardless of their experience with physical activities.

EVENTS
We plan events and trips, that are specially devised to help strengthen bonds improve productivity and improve motivation.

MEETING IN ACTION
The physical activity performed in groups helps build team spirit and promotes socialization wich will help employees to expand their social network.
